The room had natura bisse products, which i appreciated so much. our room included a spacious bathroom filled with amenities ITs so romantic. the hotel made it easy to access attractions. It was a short drive.
the balcony doors were a little stiff to open, just a tad inconvenient. sometimes the noise was excessive.

My room was really clean, and the Iftar experience felt special. The team made things easy, and I liked it so much. I found the service was great and everything ran smooth. The Iftar experience was really special and felt curated with a lot of thought.
I noticed my room was located above the kids club. It got noisy because of kids. They were playing outside. It continued well into the evening hours.

the hotel was very clean. the staff provided perfect service. i particularly enjoyed the really good meals at the hotel restaurants. the quality of service and cuisine exceeded my expectations.
the minibar prices were a bit high.

the room included a king-size bed and a seating area. the bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day, which i appreciated.

The breakfast buffet had many options, including pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. netsu offers a japanese menu, and tasca serves portuguese cuisine. Both were AMAZING!!! the bay restaurant has a smaller menu with good quality dishes, as well.

the hotel is near the beach and has easy access to local attractions. the valet parking was quick and efficient, which saved a lot of time. getting around was very convenient.

the gym is open 24/7 and includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. there is also a private beach access, which i very much enjoyed.
